Het unieke format van de Exota Tributes Party brengt tien artiesten samen die staan te popelen om er één groot feest van te maken. Exota Live – The Tributes presenteert een verrassende avond met tributes aan onder andere Johnny Cash, Madonna, Marilyn Monroe, David Bowie, Elvis Presley, Amy Winehouse, Lou Rawls, Eric Clapton en Livin’ Blues, met Ozzy Osbourne als flamboyante presentator. Wat dit concept zo bijzonder maakt, is dat alle artiesten zich ook van een totaal andere, zeer vermakelijke kant laten zien. Iedere artiest vertolkt twee nummers buiten zijn of haar comfortzone, wat garant staat voor sfeer, vrolijkheid en verrassende momenten. Denk aan heerlijke tegenstellingen zoals Lou Rawls vs. Malle Babbe, David Bowie vs. Engelbewaarder, Janis Joplin’s Mercedes Benz vs. Kleine café aan de haven, en Livin’ Blues vs. Mijn opa. De presentatie wordt extra speciaal met een duet van Ozzy Osbourne en Janis Joplin: Omdat ik zoveel van je hou. De talentvolle vertolkende artiesten zijn: Nicko Christiansen, Susanne de Rooij, Robert Harms, Raymunda Vervaeck, Ronn van Etten, Conchita Venderbosch, Amon Gijzemijter, Martin Waliana, Ron van den Hoogenband en Cary van Rheenen. Elke artiest brengt vier nummers: twee tributes en twee guilty pleasures. Daarnaast is er ook een compactere versie mogelijk, waarbij elke artiest één tribute en één feestnummer speelt. Dankzij dit veelzijdige en verrassende format heeft Exota Live een enorme entertainmentwaarde en kan het zich moeiteloos meten met grote feestconcepten zoals Heeren van Amstel Live.

Exota Live – The Tributes: A Spectacular Night of Musical Contrasts

On Saturday 17 January, the Exota Tributes Party took place at Podium aan Zee, drawing overwhelmingly positive reactions across social media.

Exota Live – The Tributes is a unique live music concept that brings together ten experienced performers for an evening of high-quality entertainment, humour and surprise. The show features tributes to iconic artists including Johnny Cash, Madonna, Marilyn Monroe, David Bowie, Elvis Presley, Amy Winehouse, Lou Rawls, Eric Clapton and Livin’ Blues, hosted by the charismatic Ozzy Osbourne.

What sets Exota Live apart is its playful twist on the traditional tribute format. In addition to their tribute performances, each artist steps outside their comfort zone by performing unexpected ‘guilty pleasure’ songs. This results in striking and often humorous contrasts! A highlight of the evening is a special duet featuring Ozzy Osbourne and Janis Joplin performing Because I Love You So Much.

The line-up of performers includes: Nicko Christiansen, Susanne de Rooij, Robert Harms, Raymunda Vervaeck, Ronn van Etten, Conchita Venderbosch, Amon Gijzemijter, Martin Waliana, Ron van den Hoogenband and Cary van Rheenen.

Each artist performs four songs in total—two tribute tracks and two guilty pleasures. A shorter version of the show is also available, featuring one tribute and one party track per artist, making the format suitable for a wide range of venues and events.
